The COS®Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to guide people to reconnect to the Creative Optimum Self® in order to work and live the most productive and rewarding life. The foundation has assisted organizations in local communities, across states and global brands whose mission is to restore, promote and inspire positive growth in business and personal lives. By donating time and resources to businesses, organizations and people from all walks of life, the foundation aims to empower and inspire a better way to live. 

All sales proceeds from The Way benefit the foundation work. Organizations can participate by purchasing the book in bulk and in return receive a complimentary, interactive workshop which includes how the COS® Steps for leadership, productivity, and well being can be implemented successfully.
